You agree that use of the service offered by this site, Teatoters.ca is entirely at your own risk.
Teatoters.ca shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of,
or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products,
even if teatoters.ca has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This site and the materials and the products on this site are provided “as is” and
without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, teatoters.ca disclaims all warranties,
expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Teatoters.ca does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes,
Earth quakes, etc.) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons.
In the event that a Teatoters.ca product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Teatoters.ca
reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Teatoters.ca reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been
confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,
Teatoters.ca shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing
the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Teatoters.ca without notice at any time, for any reason.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Teatoters.ca, its officers, directors,
employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from
and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees,
resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account
(including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site
using your internet account.
Harassment of any form is not prohibited on this site. In an attempt to provide increased
value to our visitors, Teatoters.ca may link to sites operated by third parties.
However, even if the third party is affiliated with Teatoters.ca, we have no control

Return and Refund Policy
Returns Policy Concerning Our Loose Online Teas:
Tea Toters is a custom Tea and Gift Basket business. Since our gift baskets are all custom made
and the items inside have been specifically sourced for that order, we do not give refunds.
Tea Toters goes to great efforts to provide the highest quality product in our baskets.
We source gourmet loose & bagged teas, nuts, fruits, cheeses, and other perishable products as close to the pick up
or delivery date as possible. Best by dates and other expiration notifications are closely adhered to.
We do not accept returns or give refunds for perishable products, such as teas, fruits, or cheeses.
However, we do wish our customers to express their concerns if they have issue with the quality
of these products.

if you have any issues.
If one of our products or baskets has arrived and is not up to your standards, or is not the one ordered,
please email us a photo with order information.
We will refund the price of product or basket to purchaser or send a replacement, if and only if,
we determine an issue with it, or an incorrect order has been shipped.
The product or basket and all of its contents must be returned with its original wrapping unopened.
The customer assumes the cost of the return delivery, unless we are found at fault for the issue.
Then the return delivery will be reimbursed. Tea Toters strives to take every precaution to package our products/baskets so that they can be shipped to our clientele in a satisfactory manner.
We do not take responsibility for damage or harm occurring to a basket or products
once they have left our facility.
